Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a personalized and professional experience. Our goal is to build long-lasting friendships and help our clients achieve their dreams. With over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, we have developed proven systems that ensure a top-rated experience for our clients. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.

Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.

Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.

Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.

Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.

Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

    My brother and I literally had no experience with the sale of a home or property. The Mark Frisco Team was recommended to us by a business acquaintance and when we contacted the Mark Frisco Team we had no idea of what to expect. Mark and Tiffany made a visit to our property and in short order made us very comfortable and quickly convinced us that they were professional and understood the selling process. The team evaluated the property's strengths and weaknesses and came up with a strategy to maximize the properties appeal. Every recommendation they made was spot on and they handled the selling process in a professional manner. The property was on the market for approximately 4 days and we had 40 showings during that short period of time. The Frisco team was fantastic during the entire process. If you want your home to sell they are group to contact!!!

    Working with the Mark Frisco Team was an incredible experience from start to finish. They listened to my needs, fiecely negotiated on my behalf and made sure I felt supported every step of the way. Not only were all of my closing costs covered, but they even paid the outstanding HOA fees in the neighborhood I was moving into so that closing wasn't delayed -- completely unexpected and extremely generous! Even after closing, I'm still receiving checks, at this point I may have actually made money. I felt genuinely taken care of, and it was clear that they were committed to getting me the absolute best deal possible. They delivered, and then some! Truly Grateful for Mark, Michelle, and the rest of the Team!

    Okay, here's a review you can use: Michelle reached out when my husband and I were thinking about building our own home. We weren't the easiest clients, even ghosting her a couple of times, but she kept in touch without being pushy. When we started looking at homes, Michelle was patient as we navigated the crazy market. We lost a few bids, but then Michelle called us about a house we absolutely loved. My husband was ready to buy it sight unseen! When we saw it, it felt right-perfect fenced yard, all the amenities I wanted on one floor (except the laundry, but that's my husband's job!), and a perfect porch for watching thunderstorms. Once our offer was accepted, I got cold feet and texted Michelle at 5 AM on Easter, asking her to call me. She actually did! She reassured me that we could do it and was a pillar of support throughout the whole process. I'm counting down the days until we move in and start our new journey. Michelle will definitely be invited to the housewarming party.
