Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.
Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.
Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.
Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.
Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.
Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

Buyer reviewI shopped online (Realtor.com) for several houses and met with several listing agents. A buyer's agent from Century 21 contacted me in response to my interest in one of the houses listed online, and I'm glad they did. Mark Frisco and his agent Michelle were very engaged in the whole process and represented my interests very effectively. Michele put in more effort than I've seen from other realtors. I was impressed and grateful for her experience and guidance.

Seller reviewI enjoyed working closely with Mark and his team (Ashleigh) to sell my former home in Wildwood. With a large family we hadn't been able to fix it up much prior to selling it. Mark put together our upgrade strategy, lined up qualified and well-priced vendors, and orchestrated the fixes, new carpet, new paint, and upgrades necessary to get it sold. Everything went to plan and I could not be happier with results. I will certainly recommend Mark to my friends and famility the next time they need a real estate agent.

Seller reviewThey were highly recommended from a friend to go with Mark and his Century 21 New Millennium team because they knew the market property values and the best way to sell the property. Working with Ashleigh was awesome!! She kept open communications with me throughout the whole process. Ashleigh is very friendly, knowledgeable and was prompt with responses and answers. The rest of the team was pleasant and very helpful too. Everyone was very efficient with all of the paperwork involved. Buyers agent was awesome too. Working with Mark Frisco on the plan for the sale was great! He's a good listener and planner of how best to sell the property at top dollar! Overall a great experience and super group and team!! totally awesome to get a sale right away. The agents and team were looking to match up buyers with the property and amazing got a buyer right away! Keep up the great work!! Will miss you guys!
