Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. We are dedicated to providing our clients with a personalized and professional experience. Our goal is to build long-lasting friendships and help our clients achieve their dreams. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.

Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.

Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.

Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.

Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.

Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

    The experience of buying a home is very stressful! The real estate agent, Michelle, has been wonderful. I was very impressed by how much knowledge she had to share with me about this whole experience. If I had a phone call or a text message to send their way, I always got an answer back. There were a few minor issues but the Mark Frisco team did everything they could to make sure my family and I got into this house! I am definitely going to recommend this hard-working team to anyone talking of buying/selling.

    Mark was awesome. 2 years ago I put the house on the market had mark look at it but went with another agent. The house didn't move. This time I got mark and the house was under contract within 10 days for asking price. Awesome job mark!!

    I have used the Frisco Team in the past for house purchasing and they have always been great. This was my first time using the team to sell. I was worried about the costs involved in selling so I started to consider for sale by owner and other avenues. I wanted to give the Frisco team a shot at my business as well so I set up a consultation to go over their sales strategies and understand the costs. By this time COVID-19 was becoming a concern. Between the virus and the unknowns of selling I home I decided to take the smart route and go with the Frisco team. I knew that they would make the process easy on me all the way through. I was right! Even with the state on lockdown my property was under contract in days. The offer originally had a closing date far off so the team inquired and discovered the other agent though COVID could cause delays so they were being cautious. Mark's team got the date moved up. Inspections often bring some surprises but I knew The Frisco team would be there, and they were. All repairs were done under budget and fast, causing no closing delays. We actually closed a week ahead of schedual! In the end the costs are reasonable for the excellent level of service that you receive and likely going with the Frisco team saved me money in time, energy, worry, and repairs! Glad I followed my gut and put my trust in the Frisco Team!

I was impressed with Mark and his team's sales achievements, and had no doubt that I had made the right choice in choosing the Mark Frisco Team to handle my real estate needs. Mark and his team were my number one, and only, choice when I made the decision to sell my home. Mark's familiarity with the area made my decision easy, as did his sales experience and knowledge of the real estate business. Mark and his team were available throughout the sales process, and immediately addressed all of my questions and concerns. Mark and his team made selling my home one of the best home selling experiences that I have ever had. Each team member had a responsibility, and each member performed their assigned duties in a very professional and outstanding manner. I couldn't have asked for a better group of professionals to assist in the selling of my home. The Broker staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and assisted me in every aspect of the sale of my home. They notified me immediately as needed, and answered my questions without delay. Each member of Mark's staff knew their respective role, and each member performed their duties in an exceptional and professional manner. I would highly recommend Mark Frisco and his team to anyone desiring to sell their home. Mark's attention to detail, personal involvement, and genuine concern for the seller made me a believer that I made the right choice in choosing Mark to sell my home.     Michelle did a phenomenal job of adapting to the ever-changing landscape due to COVID 19. We presented a challenge from the beginning due our family being co-located and my work schedule. She provided tremendous flexibility showing us houses via FaceTime and even traveling to houses and seeing them for us and reporting back. The whole team was a pleasure to work with. Casey was always available when my wife or I had a question and often times these questions arose outside of normal business hours. House-hunting is always a laborious task, house-hunting during a global pandemic only exacerbates everything. The Mark Frisco team and our agent Michelle truly mitigated the whole experience.
