Mark Frisco, Team Lead As the leader of The Mark Frisco Team, I take my responsibility seriously to maintain the highest ethical and professional standards for myself and my team. Tiffany Lima, Assistant Team Lead and Listing Coordinator As the Assistant Team Lead, I am responsible for managing the daily operations of our team. In my role as the Listing Coordinator, I write listing agreements and oversee the tasks that need to be completed before a listing can go live. These tasks include photographing the property, ensuring necessary repairs are made, and more. Once the property is ready to be listed, I add it to the Multiple Listing Service and ensure that it appears up to date on all home-buying websites. I also organize broker and public open houses to showcase the property in the best possible light.

Michelle Jerow, Buyer Specialist I am the Buyer Specialist, responsible for providing our clients with a hassle-free and seamless home-buying experience. My focus is on delivering exceptional customer service to ensure that our clients feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. My ultimate goal is to build lasting relationships with them, so that they can rely on our services for all their future home-buying needs.

Robby Kidwell, Rental Specialist and Property Manager I am the Rental Specialist, and my primary responsibility is to offer rental clients the opportunity to view and apply for rental properties. I make sure that all fair housing laws are being followed strictly. As a Property Manager, I carefully screen the applicants who wish to rent a property through credit and employment checks. I collect rental income on behalf of the property owner and manage all the maintenance and repair issues at the property.

Bethanie Young, Transaction Coordinator As the Team Transaction Coordinator, I am responsible for managing every step of the real estate transaction process, starting from contract to close. My primary objective is to keep our clients informed and updated throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and seamlessly. I perform various tasks such as writing offers, scheduling inspections, communicating with other agents, title companies, and lenders, and scheduling final walkthroughs, settlements, and more. My ultimate goal is to provide a stress-free experience by making the often-complicated real estate process as simple and easy as possible for each of my clients. I am eager to work with you and assist you in navigating the real estate process.

Shelly Gooding, Marketing Director I am responsible for designing and developing all marketing materials for client listings, events, and advertising, in my role as Marketing Director. Additionally, I plan and coordinate all of our events, including fundraising events that support local non-profits. I ensure that we maintain a consistent brand image that reflects the Team's mission and values.

Sarah Quinn, Executive Assistant As the Executive Assistant, my primary role and responsibility is to support Mark by managing his schedule, preparing materials for client meetings, assisting him in managing his coaching students, and managing his phones and text messages.

    Mark Frisco could not have been any better an agent for our family! His knowledge of the local market and access to potential buyers were integral to our success. Even though Mark and his wife we expecting their first child, Mark was easily accessible. He even came from the hospital to our settlement when his newborn baby was only two days old! I wouldn't have expected that service from anyone!

    Mark and his team completely surpassed all expectations that we had. Although I can be high stressed at times Mark's knowledge of the business gave us the confidence we needed to move forward. I had no idea what to expect and everything good I was hoping for he delivered. I couldn't ask for anything better! Well there is one thing that I wanted but didn't get; 6 of Mark's best friends to show up on my moving day willing to pack and move my entire 5 bedroom 3 level town house with 600 stairs. But I'm sure if I asked he would've delivered that too.

    We wanted to use a broker that was familiar with the local market We could not ask for a better sales agent than Mark Frisco. He helped us in all stages of selling the house to include recommendations for house prep for sale, providing names of contractors, greatly helping us through the closing process, and ironing out the inevitable glitches that come up during the process of selling a house. He was very knowledgeable in the requirements for listing and selling homes. Mark was great. The assistant Tiffany also helped us a great deal.

    Mark Frisco worked out proper value for house and got it sold quickly. I lived in South Carolina and wanted to sell me parents house as painlessly as possible and Mark Frisco did this while making sure I was kept up to date with everything that was going on with the sale of the house. This was the second house Mark Frisco got sold for me and I would definitely recommend him.
