Seller reviewI had a great experience with my broker Corie Dickinson. She was very knowledgeable and precise with her market analysis. My home was originally placed on the market in 2019 but I did not receive a good offer and my agent didn't seem assertive enough to close the deal. Corie was able to get a good offer for me and I will recommend her services to family and friends.

Dawn did an exceptional job in leading us to this property and providing a strong negotiating position. Her knowledge and her relationship with the selling agent was one of reasons we were successful in being selected, as multiple offers were on the table. As in the past Dawn was on top of everything. She always responded promptly to our texts/email and provided us with information and guidance each step of the way Excellent, top notch!!

She not only continuously checked in with us but also checked in with the lender to make sure we stayed on track to close on time.
