Buyer reviewWe have worked with Kathleen Mayflower previously with above expected results each time. We sold our previous home while building a new home. Kathleen was able to sell our home within the given time constraint at the price we needed. Because of her, we had the necessary funds in time for closing on our new home and did not have to go through the stress of negotiating an extension on closing. During the construction of our new home, Kathleen's attention to detail made the final product a much higher quality. She was able to pick out the little details that we likely would not have noticed until the builder's warranty had expired.

In addition, he was invaluable in the home inspection and walk-thru process. He recommended engaging a home inspector to ensure the builder met building codes and provided peace of mind. Pouya is very experienced and knowledgeable in the construction and mechanical systems throughout the home and used this process to get the builder to fix and improve issues that I nor the home inspector would have found. By his involvement, he allowed me to maintain a good relationship with the builder while he negotiated hard to get them to agree to our list of improvements. He is more than a realtor; he is a trusted advisor and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new construction home!
