Seller reviewTeam Messer clearly demonstrated their understanding of the market when first presenting the comps. The information was clear and concise, and ultimately, led us to choose them over another broker, also presenting comps. We expected it to take about 3 months to sell our house. The good news is that we had a good offer in only a week. The bad news is that we had a family commitment to be out of town for 2 weeks! That's when Greg & Lynanna really stepped up to the plate. They handled all the details, and even checked in on our home while we were gone! We were especially appreciative of Greg & Lynanna's interaction with the inspection process and the buyer's agent and negotiating what needed repair and what didn't, making our time away with family very enjoyably, knowing everything was in good hands. Team Messer clearly understands the real estate process, with years of experience behind them. That in itself took a LOT of stress off us! We would highly recommend their services.

Buyer reviewGreg made sure to read every detail down to the closing papers to ensure that we were being well represented. We really appreciated that. They were available to us late at night and early in the morning. We also had questions for them on a Sunday and they always responded back right away. Very above and beyond!! Greg has a great sense of humor too! We felt like we had know Greg forever. Next time we buy or sell, we will be using Greg and Lynanna Messer. Highly recommend.
