Seller reviewThe Greg Messer team really took our business and handled it like family. Any small problems that arose throughout the entire sellers experience were confidently helped with by the wisdom of the Greg Messer team. Communication was always immediate and through because like anything else, moving and selling a home can be quite a transition. Having good communication with your realtor eases a lot of burdens in regards to stress or worries about the home being sold. Home staging and home prep for sale was a breeze and Greg provided solid criticism and helped highlight positives about the home, giving us a list of must have fixes, optional fixes ect in order to help keep costs low for repairs. As for closing, I can't express how easy and stress free it was for us. Mobile notary showed up at our home, documents prepared. Overall this selling experience was very positive for us and would recommend utilizing Greg's services to handle the sale of your home in a hands off, stress free approach.
