If you are interested in having your property on MLS for a year or longer hoping that a visitor from China or japan will just come in, fall in love with your property and pay full asking price---then call another Realtor.

Each person that I was in contact with, either via phone or email, was courteous, professional, and gave us the feeling that they were truly working on my behalf to sell our property. I work with several agents in the state of New Jersey, my experience with Kevin Mills and the Century 21 Barefoot Realty team was so far and above anything I have been exposed to previously. Many who may read this are doing so as they "shop" for a realtor on line, don't waste your time if you want your home sold. Sign this man and his group up to work for you.
