Seller reviewThis was the best experience I've ever had in selling a piece of real estate. Kevin and his team handled the process from beginning to end as smoothly as I've ever had it done. They were professional, knowledgeable, responsive and friendly and they made this transaction as stress-free as it could possible be. That was most appreciated since we were dealing with probate property and the closest one of us was two hours away. Seller reviewWe had listed our unit for a year with another (not Century 21) agent. We knew we were not being served, but kept being talked into giving her more time-"the market's just heating up". When we switched to Kevin and his outstanding team we went from 0 to 100 in no time. All the sudden we had actual showings! As promised he got our unit sold within 3 months and at a price we could live with (we took a huge dive from our sale price, but that's not going to change anytime soon). We could not be more grateful to Kevin. Outstanding job!
