Seller reviewSandy was a delight to work with, while being very professional, efficient and trustworthy, We feel the marketing she has done on our properties is outstanding. My husband and I are extremely comfortable with Sandy and totally trust her input on the properties she listed for us. She kept in close contact with us at all times and we were very comfortable in calling her with questions, which she never failed to answer. We still have a property listed with Sandy and have another we will list with her in the future. We couldn't ask for a better agent and she will always be the one we turn to in buying or selling.

Seller reviewSandy Moore, is wonderful lady. She tells it like it is! She has helped our family with several houses! We would recommend her for sure! She has the personality of a Best friend! She would suggest things, she thought might help the house sell better; such as a friendly call to tell us that the house was going to be shown, and might need to clean the toilet a little bit!! She is a sweet heart! I feel like she is part of our family! I think that is a lovely asset to have in a realtor. Someone that you can trust and feel comfortable with. Seller reviewSandy is a go-getter. She's very confident in what she does plus a very likable person. When Sandy became my realtor she did a critique of my home. One of the few things she suggested was repainting my entry way ( I had done it in faux a few a years before putting my home on the market and really liked it). She explained that many customers like just a solid paint color. Reluctantly, I painted the entry an off white color which quickly grew on me. I even painted the master bath a lighter similar color. Thanks again, Sandy for the suggestion.
