She listened to me intently and pleasantly and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything pleasantly and with a smile. I felt at ease with her from the start. She had come highly recommended by a friend and I felt she was the person I needed to get the job done and she did. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions with no hesitations. She is very knowledgeable in the areas of Franklin County and gives us the best advice if we're not familiar with some properties.
