Seller reviewSandy came to the door smiling, friendly but very efficient and professional in every way. I was a little nervous but she put me at ease and answered all my questions. She listened to me intently and pleasantly and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything pleasantly and with a smile. I felt at ease with her from the start. She had come highly recommended by a friend and I felt she was the person I needed to get the job done and she did. She explained everything thoroughly and answered my questions with no hesitations. She followed through and kept me well informed . I will highly recommend her to others. She was, and would be the best to assist anyone in the sale of their property.

Buyer reviewWe have worked with Sandy Moore numerous times over the years for buying and selling. She has always excelled no matter which area she represented us in. We would never use another agent. She always answers our phone calls promptly and if she doesn't know the answer to our question, which is rare, she will find it out immediately. She is very knowledgeable in the areas of Franklin County and gives us the best advice if we're not familiar with some properties. Sandy has become our friend over the years and if we have a question about real estate even though we may not be interested ourselves in a particular property I don't hesitate to call her. She ALWAYS accomodates us. We feel very fortunate to have Sandy as our friend and agent.

She notified me when people were viewing the home, she told me what they said and we discussed what else needed to be done. She had an open house she put it on all the social medias and i am really happy it sold. I would recommend her to anyone. Sandy Moore is very professional, very courteous and sweet not only to me but potential clients and buyers.
