She was always responsive and attentive from beginning to end, and dealt with extra issues given that I don't live in the local and had a renter moving out while we were preparing it for market. Once on the market, she had multiple showings and offers within just a few days! Cindy made the process easy and rapidly delivered a sold house at our price expectations. Wonderful!

Relocating to Southern Maryland from Michigan, Cindy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on the local area and quickly helped us narrow down our prospective communities. In preparing for our move from Michigan, she even took the time to do some video walk throughs on some of our prospective homes to ease our transition. I don't have enough superlatives in describing what it's like to work with Cindy, but rest assured you can't go wrong!
