Seller reviewI do not often write testimonials, but I will make an exception on this one. Kelly Padgett is the best real estate agent out there and that is why I continue to contact her when I need to buy or sell a property. She takes the stress out of it all by explaining everything, answering questions, replying to emails and messages quickly, and all while having a smile on her face. She just has a way of making everything better. She had explained what her thought process was for the sale after meeting with us and hearing our needs. The plan she put in place for our sale is exactly what happened - our house sold in 4 days and we had multiple contracts to consider. Then she was able to put us in touch with contractors to handle the minor repairs that were needed as a result of the inspection. Everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend Kelly Padgett to anyone considering a sale or purchase. She's always the first call I make and I will continue to do so.

Buyer reviewKelly Padgett is an excellent realtor! She genuinely has your best interest in mind. She's more than knowledgeable about buying/selling houses in Southern Maryland. She was my realtor when I bought my first condo several years ago and it wasn't even an option to consider anyone else when building my (now) brand new built home. There are so many great things I could say about her. From start to finish, it was an overall fantastic experience. She was at all of our builder meetings, walk-throughs, on time, polite and courteous. If I didn't understand something she made sure to explain it until I did. If you don't choose her as your realtor to buy or sell your next house, you're doing it wrong. Love her!
