Buyer reviewKelly Padgett is an excellent realtor! She genuinely has your best interest in mind. She's more than knowledgeable about buying/selling houses in Southern Maryland. She was my realtor when I bought my first condo several years ago and it wasn't even an option to consider anyone else when building my (now) brand new built home. There are so many great things I could say about her. From start to finish, it was an overall fantastic experience. She was at all of our builder meetings, walk-throughs, on time, polite and courteous. If I didn't understand something she made sure to explain it until I did. If you don't choose her as your realtor to buy or sell your next house, you're doing it wrong. Love her!

During the contract period Cindy kept us informed of offers, what should be taken into consideration and what was less important with decisions we made. It was a pleasure with little stress, as we had moved from the area while the house was still on the market. In the end all went smoothly with settlement , inspections and contractors.
