Buyer reviewIn the past I've wondered what my 3% commission is actually getting me when selling a house. There is no doubt that Tracy and her team were with us every step of the way when selling our house. More than once she went above and beyond the call of duty. Our new home search was constrained by school and various other requirements but Tracy was only ever a few minutes away when we had a question. After just a few showing Tracy knew exactly what we were looking for. Out of 4 real-estate transactions working with Tracy was by far the best experience we've had yet.

Buyer reviewWe worked with Paula Brent a few years ago selling my mom's home after she passed. Paula did a fine job with that process. Paula is the berries (Perfect, excellent: the most wonderful thing - New England phrase). She is very timely & responsive, and very knowledgeable regarding real estate in general and the Georgetown & surrounding markets. And she is also fun to work with. We would highly recommend her to others needing a realtor.
