For us there wasn't ANYONE else to go with. Tracey helped us buy our very 1st house 13 years ago, then helped us sell that house when we were ready to move on. Couldn't imagine going to anyone else when we decided to purchase our new home! She was always there for any questions or concerns we had, & was patient & kind when dealing with them. Her knowledge of not only the area, but the process as a whole is extraordinary! If your looking for someone who is trustworthy, will be there for you no matter what you need, & is reday to go to bat for you to make sure you are getting the best deal, then Tracy Jacobs is who you need! I can't put into words how much we appreciate all she has done for us. I only hope when we are ready to sell this house, she's still available because I can't imagine going through the process with!

Paula Brent was incredible, she kept us up to date every step of the way. She was professional, knowledgeable, and stayed on top of every step. Couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond with us in regards to her work performance. "Excellent" doesn't seem to truly encompass everything she did for us--she was invaluable and just an all-around amazing person to work with. I can't recommend her enough, she was so knowlegable, polite, patient, and such a dedicated worker!

Professional, knowlegable, enthusiastic, and approachable is a rare combination... Angie Moore has this and more. Her willingness to field the hard questions as well as the personal concerns made her a great choice when we needed to sell our home. She made the process seem far simpler than we supposed it to be and was "johnny on the spot" with the detailed info when it came down to it.
