Buyer reviewPreston Inglee was very helpful in our search for a house. We had a very tight time window and a lot of reservations but Preston was on top of his game. He made us feel at ease and was very knowledgeable of the market as well as home improvement ideas. I would definitely use Preston again and recommend him to others.

Seller reviewI interviewed several realtors before selecting Preston Inglee. The others told me I was crazy for my target asking price, but Preston did the legwork and found that it wasn't actually out of line at all -- the value of the land had gone up faster than the other guys could keep up with. I was prepared for this to sit on the market for months, but he delivered a buyer within weeks -- and very close to my full asking price. He was really helpful throughout the whole process (my first time selling land) and maintained great communication along the way. He's a real pleasure to work with, I recommend him highly, and I will work with him again on my other properties when I'm ready to sell.
