Seller reviewWe tried to FSBO our land because a previous agent told us we wouldn't get very much for the sale. Pres and Jess were very clear on exactly what this property would offer a buyer. They also have an extremely reasonable commission for vacant lots (and houses!) given the level of expertise and care brought to the sale. They took beautiful drone photos, set a higher price than we originally had listed, and the lot sold within a month just about at that price. Could not have asked for more!

It was vital for us to have someone who was knew the Boiling Springs Market well since there is so much development there. Preston and his team hit everything out of the ball park and we could not have been any more pleased with the whole process. Already told all of our family and friends in the area to use them if they need a realtor.
