Buyer reviewSusan is truly amazing at what she does. Her knowledge, skills, and abilities made us feel very confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. She is very polite and personable but she is also protective of her clients and assertive when needed. You wouldn't think purchasing a home in another state "sight unseen" would be a fun and rewarding experience but thanks to Susan Rickert, our experience was wonderful and almost as easy as clicking "buy now" on Amazon.

She went above and beyond the call of duty when we ran into closing issues.
