We previously had the house listed for 6 months and were unable to sell the property. Rebekah had us under contract in less than half the time! She was amazing through the whole process. Had been having a horrible time selling the property due to Solar Panels. Rebekah was able to show buyers what a benefit they were instead of just focusing on the additional cost.

Susan Rickert is extremely hard working and diligent. We recently purchased a house from her that was wrapped up in a lawsuit and had multiple liens against it. She made sure that all of those things would not hinder us from buying the property and worked with everyone that was involved to make sure we were buying a clean and clear home. It was not an easy task and she proved her self by not giving up, working hard, and communicating extremely well to everyone. I would recommend Susan Rickert because she is not a realtor that is just in it to make a buck and get out. Susan was there to take care of us and make sure that we were able to buy the home no matter what challenge we ran into. She enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. We will definitely be buying more houses and properties from Susan Rickert and Century 21 Mike Bowman.

Rebekah went above and beyond to make sure we made the transition from selling our old home to purchasing new. Rebekah had great efficiency and expertise with the technicalities that I'm glad we don't have to stress over. She had great systems in place with technologies and assistance, to create for a smoother process. This was an adjustment in the beginning and could potentially be perceived as loss of personal touch for some. However, overall, Rebekah makes sure to save the client unnecessary unbeneficial stress; most importantly to simply focus on the end goal--- to get us into the home that we can truly feel settled in for years to come! We cannot express the magic she has to make it all work out despite the surprises and roadblocks. She has great relationships with everyone involved to create a strong team to back you up. Thanks to Corrina as well.
