She was able to schedule walk throughs quickly and was very attentive. She negotiated the perfect purchase and leaseback contracts. I highly recommend Rebekah to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Seller reviewWe previously had the house listed for 6 months and were unable to sell the property. Rebekah had us under contract in less than half the time! She was amazing through the whole process. Had been having a horrible time selling the property due to Solar Panels. Rebekah was able to show buyers what a benefit they were instead of just focusing on the additional cost.

Buyer reviewSusan Rickert is extremely hard working and diligent. We recently purchased a house from her that was wrapped up in a lawsuit and had multiple liens against it. She made sure that all of those things would not hinder us from buying the property and worked with everyone that was involved to make sure we were buying a clean and clear home. It was not an easy task and she proved her self by not giving up, working hard, and communicating extremely well to everyone. I would recommend Susan Rickert because she is not a realtor that is just in it to make a buck and get out. Susan was there to take care of us and make sure that we were able to buy the home no matter what challenge we ran into. She enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. We will definitely be buying more houses and properties from Susan Rickert and Century 21 Mike Bowman.
