Very professional and empathetic with the seller needs and wants. All ways in communication and never leaves you blind about what is going on. I felt like she took the sell of my house very personally as though she was selling her own house. She followed up on everyone and always, always, quick to call you back if she said she would.

Susan made us feel comfortable using the Seller's agent by both her professional attitude and willingness to consider the needs of the buyer as well as the seller. We believe that the biggest hurdle between buyer and seller is usually the price. In this case, price was not a big issue, and Susan was able to help both seller and buyer be happy with the outcome. Great job Susan!

Rebekah was a blessing to work with. She came into our lives at the right time after a bad experience with another realtor from the previous summer when we had our home on the market and it did not sell. What we learned from that experience is if we would have had Rebekah as our realtor last summer there would be a different date stamp on this post!!

Susan did an excellent job of selling my house. The pictures she took of my house were great! She always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I felt like she genuinely cared about the sell of my house, and me. She was there for me day or night if I had any questions. Susan is pleasent to work with, and she has a great personalty. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Since day one, Susan was with us every step of the way in the purchase of our new home. She would update us daily if there were any changes or just to tell us that everything was still going smoothly. We couldn't have asked for better communication from her. Susan was always an amazing person to work with in the purchase of our new home. She made everything seamless and easy. Communication was top notch, and she always pushed to get us the information we needed every time. Susan is the best realtor you can ever ask for. Since day one she was always there for us every step of the way. The sale of our home was challenging, just because of the neighborhood, but she didn't quit fighting. We finally sold our home and purchased our new home and couldn't be happier with her. Knowing we could always count on her made everything that much easier.

Rebekah Harding is a true professional. She made great suggestions to update my home to make it more attractive to buyers in this market (e.g. paint and carpet). The photos of my house that she had done were beautiful and her marketing materials were excellent. She was such a joy to work with and my house sold within one week! I strongly recommend her!
