Susan did an excellent job of selling my house. The pictures she took of my house were great! She always kept me in the loop of what was going on. I felt like she genuinely cared about the sell of my house, and me. She was there for me day or night if I had any questions. Susan is pleasent to work with, and she has a great personalty. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

We did not know Susan before my wife Natalie met her. In one day of looking she found a home we loved. That home was head and shoulders above the other 6-8 new and or previously owned homes. We were moving from Minnesota to the Argyle area to be close to our daughters family and grand children. Argyle was out of our price range but we still wanted to close enough to run back and forth easily. We are under 5 miles from them. We wanted a community pool for the grand kids. Susan found us a 2,000 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3 car garage in a great location close to shopping, highways at a pricewe could afford. The offer was very difficult due to a home we had to sell in Minnesota, we did not have an accepted purchase agreement yet. The offer had to be made contingent upon the sale of our home. The seller had more than one offer we marginally increased our price and due to Susan's knowledge and negotiation skills our offer was accepted over other non contingent offers. I knew Susan somewhat before she was an agent so when we started looking for houses, we wanted someone we knew we could trust. We knew that Susan would take care of us....and she definitely did. Susan took time to find out exactly what we were looking for and even though it was a lot of driving out in the country, she didn't hesitate to do what it took to make sure we got what we wanted. Rebekah is very professional agent. Great follow up and an excellent communicator. Her marketing plan was well written and most importantly it worked. My home was sold the 2nd day on the market. Rebekah was very helpful in making suggestions to how the decorations should be arranged prior to the home going on the market. Suggested several improvements very instrumental in the success. Of the sale. I interviewed three agents prior to making my decision. Her marketing plan and great understanding of the market in my area made my choice easy and proved to be the correct one.
