I knew Susan somewhat before she was an agent so when we started looking for houses, we wanted someone we knew we could trust. We knew that Susan would take care of us....and she definitely did. Susan took time to find out exactly what we were looking for and even though it was a lot of driving out in the country, she didn't hesitate to do what it took to make sure we got what we wanted. During the whole process she was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions, and being first time buyers, we had a lot of questions. Susan was the best!!! We really enjoyed working with her and are so thankful that she was the one we were working with through our journey. Our overall experience truly was an excellent experience. We cannot say enough good things about working with Susan. We will definitely recommend her to our friends and family if they are in the market of a house.

Rebekah is very professional agent. Great follow up and an excellent communicator. Her marketing plan was well written and most importantly it worked. My home was sold the 2nd day on the market. Rebekah was very helpful in making suggestions to how the decorations should be arranged prior to the home going on the market. Suggested several improvements very instrumental in the success. Of the sale. I interviewed three agents prior to making my decision. Her marketing plan and great understanding of the market in my area made my choice easy and proved to be the correct one. Very little negotiation was necessary due to her pin point accuracy setting the price. I would recommend Rebekah to anyone looking for results. When I explained my expections she listened and and the end result speaks for itself.

We would highly recommend Rebekah Harding for all your real estate needs. Her knowledge on how to best market your home is incredible....she knows her stuff!! Not only did Rebekah come up with a game plan that we were excited about, it worked perfectly. Sold our home quickly and easily. She made our real estate experience enjoyable. We walked away from our closing not only with smiles on our faces, we walked away with a new friend that we respect.

Susan Rickert made it so easy and smooth sailing to buy a house. My husband and I are both extremely busy and so she chased everything for me when I was travelling for work. She sent reminders and explained the process, contracts, wording and even looked over the financing with us. She gave a high standard of service and is trustworthy person and is looking out for the individual buying the house.
