We wasted time seeing homes that didn't even come close to our wants and needs. A friend told us about Juan Robles who she has previously worked before , it was a perfect match for us. He listened, he heard us and within several days we'd narrowed our search to a specific community and within a week we made an offer. He was knowledgeable about the area and resources available to us and his office was helpful in answering questions about mortgage companies and processes in the State of Florida. Juan Roble became our realtor and he also became a friend. I highly recommend him .
