Buyer reviewLarry Back was recommended to us by my mother in law, who had previously hired him for 2 home purchases. The home buying process was stress free with Larry. He set us up with email alerts and helped us find the perfect home. During the home visits, Larry came in early and wiped surfaces down with lysol, wore gloves and a mask, and ensured that (if occupied) the homes would be empty when we arrived. Then he stayed to wipe things down after we left. He facilitated the process and ensured everything was done within reasonable time. We were able to close on time and didn't have the headache of having to chase the closing company down for documents. We highly recommend Larry!

He was always available to answer the phone when you called him, and every time there would be a viewing or an inspection he'd always be there on time. He was also very funny and kind, which helped eased the stress of the buying and selling process. He was a good communicator between the buyer and the seller and was just an amazing realtor and friend to have by our side when we were selling our house. If you're looking for a realtor, choose Larry. He's the best!
