Buyer reviewI cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kathy and her partner Suzanne Good in the sale of my home and purchase of my new home on Wascanna Lane. My home was listed on 7/21/2020. In less than a week I had 29 Realtors bring perspective buyers by to view the property, received 9 offers, made 3 counter offers and sold the property. Kathy & Suzanne made an offer on my behalf for the property on Wascana Lane on 8/3/2020. It was exactly what I was looking for! I purchased the Wascana Lane property on 8/3/2020. In less than 2 months, I had listed and sold my home and made an offer and purchased my new home.
