We had 29 agents bring prospective buyers by my house in less than a week We received 9 offers and sold the property in a week. The properties she showed me to purchase met the criteria I gave her. I met Suzanne on July 2, 2020. I sold my house, made an offer on a new house and moved in on September 19, 2020. She did an amazing job! After I met Suzanne, all aspects of the sale of my house and purchase of a new house went smoothly and much faster than I had initially expected.

Seller reviewSuzanne Good did a great job when we got several low offers in getting us a full price offer. She got the listing mid March just as things closed down with Covid. When things started opening up, we dropped the price slightly and were able to sell quickly with a fast escrow. We had a previous realtor who was unable to sell the property. When we were receiving several poor offers, Suzanne Good knew just the right thing to say to get the buyer to come in at asking price.
