Buyer reviewKathryn was a excellent purchasing and selling realtor to work with. Understanding our needs and wants for a new home showing us lots of houses with different floor plans and options. Then helping us with our questions on all that paperwork. Selling our other home Kathryn was a large help with her knowledge how to price and advertise for a sell that was quick (an offer with in 24 hrs) and at full price offer. It was nice to have every phone call answered or returned quickly. If I ever buy or sell a home again Kathryn Patterson will be called for help

She was always available and was helpful at all times. Suzanne did a terrific job for us. She not showed us dozens of home but helped in every way she possibly could. In fact she still helps us when we ask her. She is a fantastic Asset to have on your team. I would and will recommend her to any one who ask. We would never have been able to find the home we have without her. We love her Dearly.
