Seller reviewSuzanne sold my first home on Verbena St. She and Kathy Patterson were on top of the entire selling process. It was due to this positive experience, that I contacted Suzanne to sell my property on Maple Creek. I will continue to recommend Suzanne to my friends and neighbors. I have tremendous respect for her honesty, hard work, professionalism, and genuine caring for her clients. Suzanne is awesome! Unfortunately, the appraiser changed the appraisal by $10,000. Suzanne was not informed until after 5:00 pm, 1 day before close of escrow. This was very wrong on the part of the appraiser, and the lender for waiting until the last moment to inform both agents of the change. This was not acceptable for buyer or seller. Suzanne saved the sale, but not without tremendous effort on her part. In the future I will refuse any dealings with that specific appraiser and lender, and will advise anyone who asks, not to do business with them. It was very underhanded, if not illegal. Suzanne saved the sale of my property by due-deligence, and going above and beyond what most agents would do. It was a most difficult situation with the appraiser making the unknown change in value, and the lender not sharing that knowledge until the day before close of escrow. As far as I'm concerned, that situation was unethical. Both buyer and seller were working with the original appraisal until it all came crashing down. Then everything changed. That situation with the appraiser and lender should be very closely reviewed. Hi Suzanne, Sorry for not responding sooner to this request, but it was addressed to "Mary", so I ignored it. Anyway, Thanks so much for all of your effort to make the sale of my home happen. It was hard on buyer and seller but you never gave up, kept it in perspective with a positive outcome. You're the best! Keep selling those homes. Take care, and I'll always recommend you when asked.

Seller reviewSuzanne did a wonderful job representing me in getting my home listed and sold in a timely fashion. She drove by the house multiple times just to check on it and make sure everything was o.k. When I didn't understand the paperwork she always explained it to me. I trusted her 100% and will definitely use her on the sale of other homes. Very detailed and a pleasure to work with. She got what we were asking, and made it very clear we would not go any lower.

Suzanne met us the same day we contacted her and also showed us property and carefully took note of what we were looking for. Another agent that we contacted the same day just told us to go to the internet to look and didn't offer to meet or assist us. When we called Suzanne, she was available, had relevant information, and was interested in us. She continued to do that during our time as potential buyers.
