Cindy Helms works hard for her clients. We so enjoyed working with her on both the purchase of our condo and the sale of our home. We got an offer on our house in 6 days. We were pleased how quickly we received and offer after listing.

Working with Rosemary to find a property type we were looking for was A+ the whole way around. We found Rosemary as the listing agent for a property we were intrigued about on Land of America's. After a visit to the property we knew it wasn't right for us but Rosemary then took the time to find out exactly what we looking for. 2 days later we had an email with 4 new properties to look at but we never felt like she was trying to "sell" us on something. She wanted to find something that worked for us. The following weekend we looked at the first on her list and we knew right away this one was for us. She began the process immediately. This was our first time buying a house so it was a little intimidating but she always clearly and patiently explained what was needed. She gave us solid advice on what to offer, answered all of our hundreds of questions, and always gave us as much time and access as we needed when looking at the house. The morning we closed we did one last walk through the house and Rosemary had gotten our 2 year old daughter a large stuffed bunny(really good quality too!)- It was around Easter time-, and wrote a card with a gift card inside thanking us for choosing her! I would HIGHLY recommend Rosemary to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. Was an absolute pleasure to work with.
