Excellent sales team! The house was a tough sell due to location concerns and a share driveway but they got it done! I would strongly recommend the Rose team!

Karla Clark listened well to our need and concerns and did not press her opinions on us. She was very clear with her advice which was based on her experience in the local market. She was prompt with communication and stayed in touch with us throughout the length of our search. Her responses to our questions were always concise and accurate. I would highly recommend her to anyone in the market for a house.

My husband and I are moving to Monroe, Wisconsin from Iowa. Our daughter is a Realtor in Illinois and she has referred an Illinois client to the Rose Team (Rosemary Dutter and Trisha Rose) and was very impressed and satisfied with their performance. Based on her recommendation and also those of other people that could vouch for their character, we decided to go with them. The response to any questions we had was very fast, which was very appreciated. We believe we ended up with a contract on the house because of a recommendation from Trisha to add the words "Final Offer" to a counter offer. During the final walk through prior to closing, we found the condition of the house less than acceptable. Trisha arranged for the selling Realtor to pay for a cleaning crew to come in and clean before the actual move in date. She said if the job wasn't up to our satisfaction, she would pay for someone else to come back and clean it again. She even helped us unload some plants from our car. They are definitely a winning team. They made a potentially stressful situation less painful and we enjoyed the time spent with them.

I was very satisfied with Rosemary, since this was the first rime I had purchased a home her knowledge was very important to me. She was instrumental in guiding ne through the purchasing process. I always felt that through the whole process that she had my best interest in mind. I knew that a purchase of a home would be the one largest commitments that l would probably make in my life and I'm glad that that she was there to help me. Thanks Rosemary
