We were relocating across Florida, and were only available to search for homes in Oviedo for a few days before returning to our current home at the time. In those few days, Sarah got to know us, our family, and our unique needs and desires to continue assisting us remotely. Sarah was always available when we needed her, and was proactive in our home buying process. We trusted her to guide us to the perfect home, and she did!

Chris was INCREDIBLE during a long, complicated and ridiculously drawn out deal. He went so far above and beyond what be was required to do and refused to give up until we were in the home he wanted. He was truly a amazing. In addition to being the best at his job, he's just a fabulous, genuine, honest, kind guy. I probably texted him a million times, and he was also so gracious and patient. I'm so grateful to have had him in my corner.

Chris Sartwell went above and beyond what I expected. His advice and efforts to "stage" my house were phenomenal. He used things I owned to show my home in its best light. Chris's knowledge of the local market was evident in the way he marketed my home. After 2-1/2 days, I had multiple offers. His advice throughout the process was on point. While reviewing my offers, he answered all my questions and ensured I understood the important points of each offer. He kept control of the process while encouraging me to make the decision that was best for me. His negotiation skills were instrumental in making a sale I was comfortable with that sailed through closing without a hitch.

Way better than what I was expecting compared to other realtors that I had previously dealt with. Chris made himself available to us and worked around our schedule. He also did virtual house tours for us since we were not local and the videos were so good we knew right away which houses we wanted to buy. He was always early, came prepared and very patient with us being nervous first time home buyers. Definitely not going to be the last time we use Chris.

I was a first time homebuyer and completely new to this process. I have learnt so much from Chris during the entire homebuying process that it set me up with the knowledge for future purchases. From initial negotiations to the actual close date Sarah made the whole process extremely smooth and way less stressful than I imagined. During it all, she even provided some super cool ideas on what to do with the rooms and really transform the house. Overall, she tied everything up nicely and even provided the BEST closing gift!
