She thoroughly understands the local market and helped us sell my mother's home during a time when the market was slow. She was patient and helped us achieve our goal by waiting for the right buyer. We were impressed that she wasn't self serving in encouraging us to reduce the price to force a quicker sale. Rather, she was patient and ultimately, we were all very pleased with the result.
