Seller reviewJohn helped me sell two adjacent properties in Port Charlotte, FL: a house in 2009 and this property in 2015. Both were very efficient sales and at very good prices, especially the house which was in a very poor 2008 market condition. Very happy with him and would highly recommend him to others, especially considering that I live remotely (in Connecticut). FYI, John was recommended to me from a White Plains NY colleague bought Florida property in about 2007.

Seller reviewJohn Sheridan and his wife FroAn were an excellent team. I contacted them one day and the next day I had my two lots listed with them in the Port Charlotte area. One had a contract on it the next day; and the second one sold actually within the month. I had two closings in February; so their service was sedond to none. I couldn't believe that they were both sold so quickly. I would recommend the Sheridan team to anyone in the Port Charlotte area. THEY WERE EXCELLENT.
