Seller reviewI reached out to John a year or so before I decided to sell. He took the time to help educate me on the market, even though I told him I wasn't ready to sell. I live in Pennsylvania and I am constantly having perspective buyers and real eatate agents reach out to me regarding our land holdings in Florida. Frankly I have found most are full of BS, and looking for a steal knowing I live out of the area. I could tell John was different a few minutes into our call. He knew his market. Gave me solid information I needed at the time and helped me set expectations. He's know my goal to guy down their, especially for land sales. Glad he sent me a letter in the mail. And glad I called him to inquire even though I wasn't ready to sell. I now have a friend in the business. Will use him again.
