Seller reviewJim's personal relationship with my Dad (deceased) was special in our consideration. Jim dealt efficiently with challenges in preparing this property for sale. First of all, we (the owners) live in Atlanta so long distance was difficult. We had major foundational issues to repair, total cleanout of the house, various vendors to line up to do various jobs, etc., and Jim supplied us with contacts and acted on our behalf to get jobs done, which we so appreciated. A pleasure to work with. He totally understood our situation.

Finally we asked for suggestions because available online information was not kept current. C21 Affiliated used their resources and and suggested houses we had not found. We selected four from their list, met at the closest. Was impressed, toured one other listing then settled on the first and made an offer.
