First of all, we (the owners) live in Atlanta so long distance was difficult. We had major foundational issues to repair, total cleanout of the house, various vendors to line up to do various jobs, etc., and Jim supplied us with contacts and acted on our behalf to get jobs done, which we so appreciated.
