Buyer reviewFrom first contact Keith was responsive. We were active online because of living out of state and requested several specific house showings on two trips. Finally we asked for suggestions because available online information was not kept current. C21 Affiliated used their resources and and suggested houses we had not found. We selected four from their list, met at the closest. Was impressed, toured one other listing then settled on the first and made an offer. Keith handled the issues that surfaced and led the process to purchase and close. Thank you Keith and your Affiliated team.

Timely and considerate. He helped us not just buy a house, but evaluate what we really wanted in a house. He also made sure we knew what a smart offer would be on the house we ended up purchasing, and helped us to make requests of the seller that probably saved us a lot of trouble down the line as the new homeowners. I can't possibly recommend him - or his firm - enough.
