Seller reviewJim Sullivan was an exceptional realtor during a very difficult time for our family. Our home was too big to care for by myself. My husband has been in poor health. Jim worked hand in hand with us so we could get our house sold in a timely manner. When our initial sale fell through at the last minute, Jim continued to stay positive and find us another buyer. Communication initiated by Jim was done on the daily basis keeping us in the loop every step of the way. I guess the important thing in all of this is that my house was not a million dollar listing. but he treated us like gold! Every question was answered and every doubt reassured. I would recommend Jim Sullivan to anyone looking to list or buy a home. You are not treated like a client, you are treated like family!

From start to finish the whole experience was beyond expectations John was at my service, no matter what day it was or what time it was. I never expected to sell a house as quickly as I did and to find a new one as fast as I did. From start to finish it was a total of 8 weeks, which to me is mind-blowing. The total experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

Weather it was getting texts at 6am to see houses or 11pm at night , Lorraine was always there. We could not of been in better hands. She was so knowledgeable and always put us first. Towards the end of our home buying experience we gained a friend. Lorraine worked tirelessly in order for us to find our dream home.
