He constantly kept in contact and kept me updated with anything that was going on. I would highly recommend John to anyone I know looking for a real estate agent. Buyer reviewJim's knowledge of the market is second to none. In addition, I've not yet met an agent that can match his experience with regard to housing structure, systems and components. Bottom line, Jim Sullivan provides a calmness which reduces the stress that comes with buying real estate. This purchase was my first income/investment property, needless to say I was nervous. The process was made more complicated by the addition of a failing septic system in need of replacement and some issues brought to light by the home inspection. Jim Sullivan's knowledge and experience made the tough decisions easier and gave proper perspective to a sometimes chaotic situation.
