Buyer reviewJim's knowledge of the market is second to none. In addition, I've not yet met an agent that can match his experience with regard to housing structure, systems and components. Bottom line, Jim Sullivan provides a calmness which reduces the stress that comes with buying real estate. This purchase was my first income/investment property, needless to say I was nervous. The process was made more complicated by the addition of a failing septic system in need of replacement and some issues brought to light by the home inspection. Jim Sullivan's knowledge and experience made the tough decisions easier and gave proper perspective to a sometimes chaotic situation.

Greg was open to mostly text communication, which was extremely helpful as we work long hours at jobs we cannot take calls at. Our transaction had some bumps in the road, but Greg walked us through the process and everything ended up working out just fine with a smooth closing. All referrals (real estate attorney, inspectors), were spot on and we couldn't be happier. Thank you Greg for all of your help these past few months - we truly feel we have found our "forever home".
