Karen Wiener is the Agent that assisted us throughout our home buying process. My wife and I were only interested in buying a home in one specific community in Longs, SC because two of our lifelong friends already owned homes in that community. After doing a property search I found a house in that neighborhood that I was interested in posted on the Century 21 Barefoot Realty website. Karen sent me an email offering to answer any questions that I had about that property and to help with my search. After a week or so, I reached out to Karen asking for her help with learning more about that house. I live in Massachusetts and due to Covid-19 travel restrictions and being unable to travel to Longs to see the house in person Karen did a 45 minute live video tour of the home for us. Her effort allowed us to see in detail issues that we had questions about and she answered every question and concern that we had about the property. At our request, Karen took the time and effort to provide us with exact dimensions of some of the rooms and of the sunporch. Karen was outstanding in all aspects of helping us purchase our home.
