Buyer reviewShane was very helpful and patient during our search for our home. He walked through two different offers with us, and when the first one fell through he was patient and backed us the entire time. We were very thankful for the professionalism shone to us. We never felt like we were backed into a corner, but supported by our decision to walk away from the first home. Then, during the beginning stages of our offer on our second home, Shane had things together quick and efficient so that we were never left wondering what the next step would be. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Very good at what he does!

Seller reviewWe can't imagine a better realtor than Shane Willard. We had six offers on our home, and it sold in less than a week for more than the list price. Shane's expertise was vital in helping us know what we needed to do (or not do) to our property before listing it for sale. We actually had to do very little, which saved us money. Shane knew the best way to market the property. The whole experience from listing to closing was very positive. Shane is great to work with, and we've already recommended him to others.

Buyer reviewAmy was very persistent with getting me to look at properties, yet at the same time, she didn't come off as pushy. I always felt like she was there for me. Previously I had talked with another realtor and she sent me a list of the ugliest homes ever and only ever emailed me once, so I could tell she didn't want my business. Amy was the exact opposite. Great lady!! She was also very knowledgeable about other listings I had an interest in such as the properties being "a quick sale" etc. I did recommend her to one of my coworkers since I was so pleased with the way she worked!

Seller reviewShane was very good about keeping me informed about what was going on and made the sale of my home as easy as I believe it could've been. I didn't have to do much more than sign a few documents via email and show up to close. I have no complaints and would recommend him to others. He's very polite and patient.
