We never felt like we were backed into a corner, but supported by our decision to walk away from the first home. Then, during the beginning stages of our offer on our second home, Shane had things together quick and efficient so that we were never left wondering what the next step would be. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and organized. Very good at what he does!

Seller reviewWe can't imagine a better realtor than Shane Willard. We had six offers on our home, and it sold in less than a week for more than the list price. Shane's expertise was vital in helping us know what we needed to do (or not do) to our property before listing it for sale. We actually had to do very little, which saved us money. Shane knew the best way to market the property. The whole experience from listing to closing was very positive. Shane is great to work with, and we've already recommended him to others.
