Buyer reviewKaty was phenomenal. "Investor friendly" agent is thrown around quite a bit by agents and honestly it's a joke. Unless the agent is an active investor themselves or has been in the past, they don't understand what you're looking for. Katy was very accommodating to all of my requests and a wealth of knowledge. Would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a property in the area.
