Everything went great with that purchase so it was an easy decision to use Tim as my realtor for my second home purchase. He is able to answer any questions that came up and explain the process thoroughly. His knowledge of homes and advice really shines through and is a great asset to have on your team when buying or selling a home! He was able to explain a few things to add to our offer to really make it stand out during this difficult buyers market. Would highly recommend Tim and would happily use his services on the next property!
