Buyer reviewOnce again and as always, another flawless experience for another piece of investment property. This transaction went so smooth I could hardly believe we had completed it. Even with a longer than usual wait time with lenders, appraisers, inspectors and title companies. Tiffany and Kim kept us up-to-date on everything. Their upfront expectations of the timeline made me feel comfortable and understanding of all the different parties involved in real estate transactions. I applaud everyone that made this transaction happen especially Tiffany and Kim.

I will be forever grateful for this duo, between the two there is a wealth of knowledge and experience and because of that I felt like I hit the jackpot.
