Seller reviewI can not recommend Tiffany and Kim enough. They were so easy to work with, and VERY personable, being mothers themselves, they understood my fears. They would respond to me right away, even when I would realize it was too late to text. They calmed my fears of the unknown, and made our sale effortless. They were honest, and showed empathy, for my emotions on selling my first home. I will never go to anyone else. We cannot wait to to buy our next forever home with their help, Honesty and expertise. These gals are the best in the business. Professional and down the earth. Truly awesome women!

Buyer reviewHonestly, their service to me was amazing. Even when I felt like it was too late for me to be texting, but I had a question these two were always available and ready to answer. They were both super helpful in any way possible, making my experience so smooth and were both great middlemen in terms of communication with the other realtors and home owners. In fact, they texted me the night that we put in an offer saying our offer got approved after spending the whole day viewing homes with me. That alone showed their dedication to me. They continued to show me that dedication until I closed. I would 10/10 recommend these two for future home buyers!! I got really lucky!

Buyer reviewWe were buying a unique property in Kenai and really needed someone who wasn't just about checking off boxes on a list. (The property had been vacant for over 7 years after after a house fire destroyed the previous home leaving lots of unanswered questions and mysterious issues.) I felt very confident that Tiffany and her team were actually researching some of the potential pitfalls on this unusual purchase and using their resources to protect us now and n the future while at the same time applying all of this to our negotiations. We ended up with a fantastic property where there just isn't much opportunity to buy anything and did it all with the best price/value possible.
