Seller reviewAfter listing with 2other brokers who didn't produce results, I listed with Traci and got results fast. While the first contract fell through on a contingency, Traci reassured me that she will have the house sold quickly. She was right. We had a contract with a very nice family in a week. Traci Miles and Century 21 Boling and Associates, Inc. are a terrific team and provided a great experience.

She responded to our interest in a property immediately on a holiday weekend and quickly went on that same holiday weekend to provide a virtual tour for us as we weren't able to travel due to COVID travel restrictions. Arlene was super attentive, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. I never imagined purchasing and closing on a property virtually. Arlene's attentiveness made me confident we were making the best decision and gave me the comfort level to close virtually as she was also so trustworthy. This is very helpful when you are stressed out about the home selling and moving process! When she says everything is going to be fine you truly believe everything is going to be fine.
