Seller reviewI have worked with Tracy on several other home sale over the last 25 years and didn't even consider anyone else. Traci and team are the complete package from estimating the market value of my residence, to the excellent job on promoting the property and the professional pictures and video presentation. She or one of her staff was there for the showing, price negotiations, contract presentation, setting up appraisals, closing attorneys and a exhausted list of everything I would need to accomplish to make the transaction go as smooth as possible. I would not consider any other agents to sell my properties and to get the best price. Traci, then went on to help me find another home and set up everything to close on it, with recommendations to qualified contractors and painters to get the new home ready to move in. I would highly recommend Traci for your realator and to help maneuver through the entire process from selling to buying and all that goes along with it. Dr Robert Cutright

I am 90 years old and she took much time to make sure I understood everything. Such a relief to know I was able to leave everything to her.
