She is easy to call or text for questions, and will still stand behind her word of after closing, all the work I needed done to the condo before moving in Traci kept her word and got people to help with locks, painting, moving furniture out of condo and also fixed me up with a great moving company that came to N.C and hauled my furniture and etc to S.C
